Project description

 
Development of Maspero Triangle, an area of 75 acres located in the center of Cairo down town and extended until the Nile River. 
The existing old buildings were demolished and a new Master Plan containing luxurious Residential and Office Buildings, Hotels and Restaurants, etc. was prepared.
Infrastructure networks including (water, sewage, irrigation, electricity, & communication) and MEP

Service provided:

 - Prepare Master Plan
 - Design calculations and detailed drawings
 - Preparation of tender documents.
 - Review, Approval of shop drawings, technical submittals & As-built drawings.
 - Construction supervision.
