With a total built-up area of 41,555 m2, the bank comprises 2 basement floors for cash center, archives, technical rooms, general services, and parking areas (for 210 cars); a ground floor for reception & lounge, meeting rooms, and cafeteria; and 7 upper floors for administrative offices and branches of bank companies.

ECG provided all of the concept design, schematic design, and detailed design for architectural and structural works, in which the façade adds a modern touch while adopting a unique Egyptian theme.

This is in addition to tender documents and review of shop drawings for the building, whose layout is designed to be consistent with the general character of the city’s Financial District, and in line with the adjacent neighborhood of Ministries.
