The stadium has a capacity of 10,000 seats, spread over a seating area of 6,005 m2. The overall project included two phases: Phase (1) comprised a soccer stadium, four training soccer fields,

 complete with related facilities. Phase (2) comprised a fitness center, a mosque, utility buildings, changing rooms, substations, and a sewage treatment plant; where ECG provided detailed design and supervision services.
