The project stretches for 1.5 kilometers to the north of the already developed stone park as a part of a larger development in the south of New Cairo.

 It is a mixed-use scheme that will connect the various projects that comprise the larger stone masterplan which includes, Stone Park, Stone Towers, and Stone Street. Stone Street will be comprised of a series of office buildings which are a gateway to the lower level of the commercial/retail promenade that take up 40,000 m2 and consist of 170.000 M2 4+stories and offices and commercial areas, department store, fine dining, multi-hall, cinema, retail.  And serviced apartments built on 22,000 M2 which overlooks Stone Park.

 stone park developments are divided into three zones, in addition to a new boutique hotel block at the eastern end. The external landscape which includes the office entry and promenade of 109,000 M2   and car parking that serves the office, commercial, and retail areas takes up an area of 277,000 M2.
