Stone Towers project was designed by the renowned Iraqi star architect Zaha Hadid. Zaha Hadid was a visionary architect and designer, the first woman to receive the Pritzker Prize for Architecture in 2004, Hadid is known for the dynamic curving forms in her powerful, elongated structures.

Stone Towers is a state-of-the-art business park that will have approximately 135 feddans of gross area dedicated to business facilities, on a site area of 43 feddans, in addition to offering world-class office facilities, the business park combines retail, food and beverage, and a 5-star business hotel. The project comprises 18 tower buildings, split into two rows of 9 and positioned in plan. They form a landscaped “Delta” between the towers with predominantly commercial usage, with leisure and retail at the podium level. 
The largest southern building houses the 5-star business hotel.
