The project is located in Sixth of October City to the west of Cairo. The total area of the site is 190 feddans divided into 2 zones: The land dedicated to the integrated urban community is 90% of the total land area; the commercial zone is 10% of the total land area. Ökoplan’s scope has been to develop the façades of 6 types of residential buildings.
