This project aims for provision of parking lots with multiple slots near to the fixed port in Riyadh to serve employees. The project consists of ground floor and three floors with a total capacity of 336 cars.

 The design took into consideration the ease of entry, exit, and maneuvering of cars, and the good use of the project’s spaces to achieve the maximum capacity of cars, taking into account the presence of parking spaces and the requirements for the disabled people on the ground floor. 

The project includes stairs and elevators to serve employees, with the presence of self-extinguishing systems, indicating empty parking spaces, and a solar energy collection station was added at the top of the project to provide clean electrical energy while serving as a canopy for the cars above the building
