The headquarters of the Electricity and Water Utilities Company in Jubail, in the Eastern Region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is considered one of the modern administrative buildings that highlights sustainable technological progress. The project is situated on 20 acres, costing 60 million SR. It includes the main administrative headquarters of the company, consisting of ground and (8) floors.

 It encompasses all technical and administrative departments, meeting rooms, and a cafeteria for employees, equipped with communication, data, alarm, and surveillance systems. The management of firefighting systems and water reuse is also integrated.
Environmentally friendly materials for construction and finishes with easy maintenance were chosen in the design. The design prioritizes the use of energy-saving systems to achieve sustainability without compromising the functionality of the building.
