Pyramids tower is a mixed-use project consisting of a shopping mall, a hotel, and office complex (14 offices per floor with services). Land plot is 25000 m2 and total built-up area is 91000 m2. Number of floors 22 (3 commercial podium and 19 administrative tower).
The project is located in the Egyptian new capital, beside the green river.

The strategic location of the tower and the unique design enabled the tower to be a vibrant focal point. The mass is generated from 3 dancing towers twisted together forming a dynamic appearance to the tower in a postmodern design mixed with touch of art deco through material and pattern.

Parametric algorithmic process was used in early stages, offering a reliable performance and speed and also allow designers to test many iterations. The parametric workflow was a win-win choice for the multidisciplinarity of the AEC Industry. Where it provided better access to data leading to improved coordination, flexible modifications, better data extraction for multiple disciplines.

Tower’s mixed-use amenities not only draw potential building users, but they also can have a positive impact to the surrounding districts. Where all the offices overlook the green river, and the hotel’s program was crafted to serve the business district targeting major business events, such as conference halls,

roof sky lounge and observation deck with the city view, roof gardens, amphitheater, gym, spa, infinity sky pool, and a podium with an European boulevard. Advanced Technologies across project stages such as latest technologies in glass solar panels, data extraction for panels fabrication phase.
